Use Credal in Microsoft Teams to chat with your organization’s governed AI agents. Responses in this app are generated by AI—review all AI-generated content carefully before acting on it.

Setup

1. Install the Credal app in Microsoft Teams.
2. Set up your Credal account at app.credal.ai. Your Microsoft Teams email domain must match the domain registered with your Credal organization (for example, if you sign in to Teams as you@company.com, your Credal organization must include the company.com domain).
3. Ask your Credal administrator to enable the Microsoft Teams integration for your organization.
4. Create a new agent in Credal.
5. (Optional) Set your organization’s default agent in the Credal admin customization settings.
6. Message Credal in a direct chat, or @mention Credal in a configured team channel, to start a conversation.

Account required: In order to use this app, you need to have an active Credal account.

To report objectionable, harmful, or inappropriate AI-generated content from Credal in Teams, email support@credal.ai with the conversation context, date, and a description of the content. Credal reviews reported concerns and takes timely action.
